My name is Fabienne. After many years in leadership positions in Swiss hospitality and accommodation management, I kept observing the same problem: passionate hosts spend their evenings in front of a screen working through guest messages, or leave valuable bookings lying because the phone isn't answered in time.
At the same time, for small and medium-sized houses it's no longer viable to staff a reception 24/7 with their own specialists. The skilled-worker shortage worsens the situation year by year.
With Reception Remote we close this gap: we combine genuine Swiss hotel expertise with smart processes. Our receptionists aren't anonymous call-centre agents, but experienced colleagues from the industry.
